Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Plainfield, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We focus on providing nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to support the health needs of clients, addressing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe dining experience for those with dietary restrictions. N4L supports eligible Medicare Advantage and Medicaid clients under Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) as well as beneficiaries of the Older Americans Act. If you are unsure about your eligibility for meal delivery, we encourage you to consult your case manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. For those who may not qualify for government assistance, our affordable self-pay program allows clients to select their meals at just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone has access to convenient, health-focused nutrition. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
