HIV Primary Care Services Program

Located in Piscataway, NJ, the Eric B. Chandler Health Center's HIV Primary Care Services Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and dental care for individuals living with HIV. Our experienced team, including specialists in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, offers a wide array of services aimed at promoting health and wellbeing, including rapid free HIV testing, prevention education, community outreach, and medical case management. We understand the challenges faced by our clients, which is why we also provide adherence counseling, psychosocial support, nutritional guidance, and financial eligibility assistance. Additionally, patients who are uninsured or outside the Medicaid and Medicare systems can access our services on a sliding fee scale based on verified income and family size. Together, we strive to foster a supportive environment through support groups and community activities, ensuring our clients feel fully supported in their journey towards health and fulfillment.
