Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 in Perth Amboy, NJ, who are facing homelessness or unsafe living situations. Our compassionate program is committed to identifying and addressing the immediate needs of vulnerable youth by providing essential services such as food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We also offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to vital services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Our outreach includes critical education on HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, substance abuse, and assistance with obtaining important documents while helping connect young people with job and housing opportunities. With outreach counselors available 24/7, including bilingual support, Street Smart Outreach is here year-round to ensure no young person faces their struggles alone.
