Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in Paterson, NJ, through our Home Delivered Meals program, which specializes in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. We cater to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, supporting individuals and their caregivers seeking self-pay options. Our meals are carefully planned to meet specific nutrient requirements, ensuring that individuals with medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure receive nutritious, safe food, free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those covered by Medicaid or government programs, we offer accessible meal delivery options, while self-pay individuals can enjoy customizable meal choices at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. N4L is also proud to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
