Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach, located in Parsippany, NJ, is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 who are experiencing homelessness or living in unsafe environments. Our mission focuses on identifying vulnerable individuals and meeting their essential needs through compassionate outreach. We provide crucial services, including food assistance, clothing, blankets, access to shelter, crisis intervention counseling, and transportation to vital services. Our counselors offer referrals to healthcare and social service agencies, along with important information regarding HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices, substance abuse education, and help in securing essential documents. With outreach counselors available 24/7, including Spanish-speaking staff, we strive to connect young people with the resources they need to foster stability and support.
