NAMI Hearts & Minds, located in Parsippany, NJ, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with mental illness by promoting both inner and outer wellness. Through engaging hour-long live presentations, our program emphasizes essential topics such as medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction management, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes awareness. We aim to empower participants with the tools and knowledge they need to lead healthier lives, offering valuable resources like goal setting and exercise and food journals. Our services are provided free of charge to facilities and groups across New Jersey, making wellness accessible to all.
