Kristen Heller, a compassionate Counselor with an MEd, LAC, and NCC, recognizes that facing overwhelming feelings of sadness, emptiness, or self-doubt can be challenging. Kristen works with adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, as well as concerns related to school, social interactions, and midlife challenges.
