Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is a dedicated program based in North Bergen, NJ, serving youth and young adults aged 13-21 who face homelessness, unsafe living environments, or family crises. Our mission is to identify at-risk youth and address their urgent needs by providing essential resources like food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to various services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Additionally, we educate our clients on HIV/AIDS prevention, safe sex practices, substance abuse, and help them obtain vital documents while assisting them in finding jobs and housing. Available 24/7, our compassionate outreach counselors, including Spanish speakers, are ready to offer support and guidance to anyone in need of help in navigating their challenges.
