Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

In North Bergen, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors at risk of nursing home placement by offering essential in-home services that complement the care provided by their family and friends. Our comprehensive range of services includes Respite Care, Home Health Aide support, Environmental Accessibility Adaptations for home modifications, and Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS). We also provide Home-Delivered Meals, Social Adult Day Care, Adult Day Health Services, access to Special Medical Equipment and Supplies, Transportation options, and Chore Services.
