Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 in New Brunswick, NJ, who may be facing homelessness or unsafe living conditions. Our mission is to identify and assist vulnerable individuals by addressing their basic needs, providing emergency food, clothing, and blankets, and connecting them with vital resources. We offer access to shelters, crisis intervention counseling, and transportation to essential services, along with referrals to health care and social service agencies. Our outreach includes education on HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices, crisis information, assistance in obtaining vital documents, substance abuse education, and job and housing placement support. With counselors available 24/7, including Spanish-speaking staff, we are here to help those in crisis find safety and stability in their lives.
