Patricia Aussem, a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, LPC, MAC, and NBCC credentials, specializes in helping teens and adults navigate the challenges of addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety. She understands the struggles faced by individuals and their loved ones dealing with substance use, depression, insomnia, and low self-esteem. Patricia is committed to instilling hope and creating tailored treatment plans that empower her clients to better understand their situations. Drawing upon her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other healing modalities, she focuses on enhancing coping skills, emotional regulation, and overall wellness. In addition to her private practice, she serves as the VP of Consumer Clinical Content Development for the Partnership to End Addiction, where she provides invaluable resources to families affected by substance use.
