Michelle Lepak, LCSW, is a seasoned clinical social worker and therapist with 30 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, and relationship issues. She is consistently inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and its capacity for healing. Recognizing that many may feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, hopelessness, or shame, Michelle employs somatic-based compassionate inquiry to transform even the most chronic emotional suffering into vitality and well-being. Beyond her individualized therapy practice, she leads educational trainings and workshops for psychotherapists and has served as faculty at the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Psychiatry, along with various postgraduate programs. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), AEDP, and relational psychoanalytic therapy.
