Erin Field is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents in school settings, initially as a Special Education Teacher and then as a School Counselor. In her role as a Student Assistance Counselor, she supports high school students in addressing mental health needs and substance abuse issues. Erin focuses on building essential skills such as executive functioning, organization, and goal setting to empower young adults as they transition into their future endeavors. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationships, social challenges, grief, communication, ADHD, and self-esteem. Erin believes in creating a caring and safe therapeutic environment where clients can process their thoughts and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Collaborating with a seasoned marriage and family clinician and others specializing in young children and adolescents, she provides a comprehensive approach that effectively addresses the needs of the family unit.
