Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to assisting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Monroe Township, NJ, who are experiencing homelessness or unsafe living conditions. We prioritize meeting the immediate needs of vulnerable young people by providing essential services such as food assistance, clothing, and blankets, as well as access to shelter and crisis intervention counseling. Our compassionate counselors are available around the clock, every day of the year, ready to offer support and connect individuals with vital resources. We facilitate transportation to necessary services, health care referrals, HIV/AIDS awareness, and substance abuse education. Additionally, we assist with obtaining vital documents and finding jobs and housing, ensuring young people have the tools they need to thrive and build a brighter future.
