Diabetes Prevention Program

Located in Monroe Township, NJ, CentraState’s Diabetes Prevention Program is dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent diabetes through sustainable lifestyle changes. Our comprehensive program offers support for healthier eating habits, exercise and fitness guidance, and effective strategies for weight maintenance. Participants engage in 16 weekly group sessions followed by monthly follow-ups for an entire year, ensuring consistent support and motivation on your journey toward improved health and well-being.
