Our warm and welcoming service is designed for eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option. Each meal, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, is tailored to meet nutritional requirements for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while also being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Whether you are a Medicaid recipient or looking for convenient meal delivery without insurance, our program offers affordable options at just $7.75 per meal. We believe everyone deserves access to nutritious food that supports their health, and we are here to help navigate the process of meal delivery and eligibility.
