Healthy U

Healthy U is a community-driven initiative based in Middletown, NJ, dedicated to the fight against childhood obesity. In partnership with the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey, Healthy U focuses on fostering healthier lifestyles for children through comprehensive nutrition education, engaging physical activities, and active family participation. By empowering families with the knowledge and tools to make informed health choices, we aim to build a supportive environment that promotes wellness and activity for all children.
