Creative Freedom Counseling & Consulting is led by a dedicated and passionate clinical social worker, MSW, LCSW, who believes that sometimes something or someone in one's life doesn’t feel right. This therapist understands that many individuals may have been contemplating these feelings for a while, or simply need a safe space to talk. With an emphasis on balance and healthy support systems, Creative is particularly enthusiastic about assisting professionals grappling with performance fatigue, life stressors, anxiety, depression, grief, and unresolved trauma or conflict. By hearing each client’s unique story, the therapist aims to journey alongside them to achieve their goals. With roots as a native New Yorker, Creative now practices in New Jersey, bringing expertise in general mental health, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and issues related to social and racial justice. This therapist is also passionate about utilizing creative art therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma therapies, and faith-based approaches to foster healing and personal growth. Together, they look forward to breaking down barriers that hinder progress and welcoming clients on their path to freedom and well-being.
