Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Mays Landing, NJ, who are at risk of moving to a nursing facility. Our compassionate in-home services complement the invaluable support provided by family, friends, and community members, ensuring that seniors have access to the care they need. With a variety of offerings, including respite care, home health aide services, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore assistance, JACC is here to enable seniors to maintain their independence and quality of life in a familiar environment. Our mission is to empower caregivers and uphold the dignity of those we serve through innovative, person-centered support tailored to each individual’s needs.
