NAMI Hearts & Minds

NAMI Hearts & Minds, based in Mays Landing, NJ, is dedicated to promoting the inner and outer wellness of individuals living with mental illness through engaging hour-long presentations. Our program focuses on empowering attendees with vital information about medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, and exercise, including strategies for managing diabetes. We believe in the importance of setting achievable goals for personal well-being, which is why our program also includes the use of exercise and food journals. Best of all, we offer these valuable resources free of charge to any facility or group across the state, supporting a healthy community and a brighter future for everyone we serve.
