Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of residents in Mays Landing, NJ, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We specialize in providing nutritious meals that are designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet the dietary needs of individuals dealing with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meal offerings are crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe and healthy option for our clients. N4L works with eligible individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, offering flexible options for those who qualify. For those not covered, our affordable self-pay program allows you to choose every meal and delivery for just $7.75, emphasizing our commitment to accessible nutrition for all. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, helping to enhance the well-being of our clients. Our mission is to deliver high-quality food assistance to those in need, ensuring that everyone has access to healthy, nourishing meals.
