Sarah Stringer is a compassionate and skilled Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health and counseling. She understands that life can become overwhelming at times, and many individuals struggle to cope with the weight of their emotions or the residue of their past experiences. Sarah's dedication lies in helping her clients identify sources of stress and navigate their emotions, offering tools for effective coping.
