Anne Rosenfeld

Anne Rosenfeld, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist known for her compassionate and empowering approach. She helps clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, creating a supportive environment where they can feel comfortable addressing their personal challenges. Anne understands that each client is unique; therefore, she develops tailored plans to meet their individual needs. With a focus on grief, she also has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, and managing emotional overload from chronic illness. Through her strengths-based perspective, Anne guides clients in discovering new life skills and relaxation techniques, as well as strategies for better communication. At Winding Roads Integrative Counseling, she combines traditional psychotherapies with an integrative approach, employing diverse techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic practices, always keeping the client at the center of her work.
