NAMI Hearts & Minds, located in Marlton, NJ, is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness for individuals living with mental health challenges. Through engaging hour-long presentations, our program empowers participants by raising awareness about crucial topics such as medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes management. We believe that mental and physical health are interconnected and strive to provide valuable resources and support to facilitate positive lifestyle changes. Offering our program free of charge to facilities and groups across New Jersey, we also incorporate practical tools like goal-setting and journals for exercise and nutrition to help participants take meaningful steps towards a healthier future.
