Barbara Neal

Barbara Neal is a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for empowering Black mothers throughout their unique journeys—ranging from pregnancy to the empty nest stage. Her teletherapy practice in New Jersey offers a supportive environment where Black moms can navigate the complexities of parenthood, career, and relationships. Specializing in issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational challenges, Barbara utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Trauma-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She collaborates with her clients to set individualized goals that leverage their strengths, fostering a path toward improved mental health and relational satisfaction.
