Meals on Wheels of Ocean County is dedicated to providing hot, nutritious meals to seniors in Manchester Township, NJ, ensuring they have access to healthy food in the comfort of their homes. Our reliable service runs Monday through Friday, and we extend our care to the most vulnerable by delivering meals on weekends and holidays. With menus crafted by a qualified nutritionist, our meals fulfill at least one-third of the daily dietary recommendations set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to home-delivered meals, we offer vital nutrition education and counseling to support the well-being of our seniors. While participation is free, we invite our clients to contribute a small donation of $2 per meal to help sustain our efforts in food assistance.
