Home Delivered Meals

Located in Manchester Township, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to cater to various health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they meet strict dietary requirements. N4L serves eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals who prefer to self-pay for the convenience of home delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. We encourage those interested in our services to reach out to their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to determine eligibility for meal delivery or explore our Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling options.
