Donna Oconnor

Donna O'Connor is an experienced clinical social worker and therapist, holding credentials including MSW, LCSW, and LCADC. She understands that life can be challenging, and it’s perfectly normal to seek help navigating its complexities. Her practice encompasses working with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on key areas such as communication, relationship issues, shame, vulnerability, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Donna firmly believes in the potential for healing and change within family systems, and as a certified ARISE@ Substance and Mental Health Interventionist, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Drawing from her 33 years of marriage and the experience of raising five adult children, she creates a welcoming and secure environment that encourages open discussion about the challenges and patterns in life that may hinder personal potential. Clients are regarded as the experts of their own lives; therefore, Donna adopts a teaching role by offering practical skills and strategies aimed at fostering a more fulfilling and joyful existence.
