NAMI Hearts & Minds, based in Long Branch, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals living with mental illness through informative and engaging one-hour presentations. Our program emphasizes the importance of holistic wellness by covering essential topics such as medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes management. We provide valuable resources, including goal-setting strategies and exercise and food journals, to empower participants on their journey to better health. Best of all, our program is offered for free to any group or facility across New Jersey, fostering a supportive environment for learning and growth.
