Home Delivered Meals, a service of Nutrition for Longevity based in Long Branch, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of clients through nutritious, medically tailored meals. We provide home-delivered meals carefully crafted by Registered Dietitians to cater to specific medical needs and ensure optimal nutrition for a range of conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meal options are designed without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork. We serve eligible individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those interested in a self-pay program for added convenience. With meals available at an affordable rate of $7.75 each, our mission is to deliver nutrition that fosters longevity and improves quality of life. Whether through government assistance or self-pay, we aim to make healthy eating accessible, with every delivery tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs.
