Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Located in Livingston, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors and their caregivers by providing essential in-home services aimed at preventing unnecessary nursing home placements. Our comprehensive offerings include respite care, home health aide support, environmental accessibility adaptations, and personal emergency response systems to ensure safety and accessibility at home.
