Heidi Odonnell, MSW, LCSW, understands that the path of life is not always easy; it can often be difficult and emotionally exhausting. Many of her clients find that their own efforts to fix or manage challenging issues are no longer sufficient, leading them to seek professional help. As a trained therapist, she provides positive and supportive counseling, guiding her clients through the confusion, pain, fear, anger, and loss that often lie at the heart of their struggles. This compassionate approach opens the door for change and fosters personal growth. Throughout her years of practice, Heidi has worked with a diverse range of clients—including individuals, families, and couples spanning various age groups—from adolescents to seniors—who are navigating issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, bereavement, mood disorders, and family difficulties. Her therapeutic orientation is tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing the most effective therapies based on each situation.
