Meals on Wheels of Ocean County

Meals on Wheels of Ocean County is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of seniors in Lakewood, NJ, by delivering hot, nutritious meals directly to their homes from Monday through Friday, and extending services on weekends and holidays for those who are most frail and vulnerable. Our carefully crafted menus, approved by qualified nutritionists, ensure that each meal provides at least one-third of the daily dietary recommendations set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to home-delivered meals, we offer nutrition education and counseling to empower our seniors in making informed choices about their health. While there is no mandatory donation, participants are encouraged to contribute a small amount of $2 per meal to help sustain our efforts in providing essential food assistance in the community.
