Located in Lakewood, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources. Our mission focuses on providing critical food assistance through specialized items such as thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all designed to meet the unique dietary needs of those we serve.
