Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Kearny, NJ, who face homelessness or live in unsafe environments. Our committed outreach team works tirelessly to identify at-risk individuals and address their immediate needs through essential services like food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Additionally, we provide critical health education, including information about HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices, substance abuse resources, and assistance with obtaining vital documents. Available 24/7, our caring outreach counselors, including Spanish-speaking professionals, are always ready to help those in crisis find jobs, secure housing, and access the support they deserve.
