Our program prioritizes the health and well-being of our clients, offering meals carefully crafted by Registered Dietitians to cater to a range of nutritional needs related to various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We understand the importance of dietary restrictions; our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options may vary by program, and our team can guide you through the process. We also support Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and offer a self-pay program for individuals looking for reliable home delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to enhance our clients' overall health.
