Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Jersey City, NJ, who may be at risk of needing nursing home care. Our program offers a comprehensive range of in-home services designed to enhance the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors.
