Violetta Math is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who believes every individual's journey to healing and self-discovery is unique. Having faced her own life challenges, she found healing through deep mindfulness practices and self-exploration. Violetta recognized her calling to support others on their healing journeys. She is passionate about helping clients understand themselves, their relationships, cope with fears, and embrace new beginnings. Violetta approaches sessions from both traditional and holistic perspectives, carefully considering the intricate balance of mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Her clients often identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and frequently grapple with common challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and overthinking. With a specialty in trauma-informed care, Violetta employs a variety of modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques, to guide individuals in processing their experiences and developing effective coping strategies. She is particularly skilled at working with adult children of narcissistic and emotionally immature parents, focusing on raising awareness of family dynamics and the lasting effects of internalized gaslighting, shame, and guilt. Through her compassionate guidance, Violetta helps clients rebuild self-love and establish healthier boundaries, ultimately fostering deeper and more fulfilling relationships.
