Street Smart Outreach

In the heart of Hillsborough, NJ, Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 who face homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or significant challenges at home. Our mission is to identify these vulnerable individuals and meet their basic needs through essential services such as emergency food, clothing, and blankets. We facilitate access to shelter, provide crisis intervention counseling, and offer transportation to necessary services. Additionally, our outreach program connects participants with vital health care and social service resources, including information on HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, substance abuse education, and job and housing assistance. With counselors available around the clock, including Spanish-speaking staff, we are committed to being a reliable support system for those in crisis.
