NAMI Hearts & Minds

NAMI Hearts & Minds is dedicated to promoting the well-being of individuals living with mental illness in Hillsborough, NJ, through insightful and supportive live presentations. Our hour-long sessions focus on essential aspects of inner and outer wellness, including medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes management. We believe in empowering participants by providing valuable information and practical tools, including goal-setting techniques and food and exercise journals. Offered free of charge to facilities and groups across New Jersey, our program aims to raise awareness and support individuals on their journey toward improved mental health and wellness.
