Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Hillsborough, NJ, who are at risk of being placed in nursing facilities. We offer a comprehensive range of in-home services designed to enhance the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors. Our vital services include respite care, home health aides, environmental adaptations to improve accessibility, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, and access to special medical equipment. Additionally, we provide transportation and chore services to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.
