Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Hightstown, NJ, who are at risk of entering a nursing facility. Our mission revolves around providing essential in-home services that enhance the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors. We offer a comprehensive range of services including respite care, home health aide assistance, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment, transportation, and chore services.
