Anna Kaplan

Ms. Anna Kaplan is a highly regarded licensed psychotherapist whose dedication to the field goes beyond mere profession; it is her true calling. With more than 30 years of experience in counseling, she earned her master's degree in psychology from Moscow University before relocating to the U.S. as a Russian refugee. In the U.S., Ms. Kaplan began her impactful career by working with diverse groups of immigrants while pursuing her Master’s degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. Her classical training in psychodynamic psychotherapy enriches her extensive repertoire of techniques, which includes CBT, interpersonal neurobiology, brain spotting, Ericksonian hypnosis, and Internal Family Systems therapy. Ms. Kaplan firmly believes that psychotherapy is not a one-size-fits-all practice; it is a unique collaborative process tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
