Nicole Luthcke

Nicole Luthcke, MS, LAC, CRC, is an accomplished counselor holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drew University as well as a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University. With extensive experience across various counseling roles, she specializes in mental health treatment, symptom management, case management, and vocational or career counseling. Nicole has worked with individuals of all ages, from youth aged 14 to older adults, in both individual and group therapy settings. She adopts a holistic approach, skillfully integrating techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and mindfulness, while placing a strong emphasis on values, wellness, and strengths. Nicole excels in guiding individuals through coping with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, as well as addressing challenges like low self-esteem, work-related concerns, relationship issues, and trauma. Her mission is to provide compassionate support through life's difficulties, acting as an ally who fosters the development of coping skills, emotional awareness, and rational thinking within a judgment-free environment.
