Jennalyn Winant

Jennalyn Winant, MSW, LSW, is a dedicated Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about meeting her clients where they are, guiding them as they navigate life's challenges. She provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore their identities, process difficult emotions, and foster understanding. By employing a strengths-based approach, Jennalyn empowers her clients to discover their own paths to healing, highlighting the resilience and often unrecognized strengths within each individual. Her therapeutic techniques integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, which she tailors to each client's unique needs. With experience working with children, teens, college students, and adults, Jennalyn honed her skills through clinical internships in a local charter high school, an after-school program, and at Lasell University Counseling Center. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master's in Social Work from Boston College. Believing that everyone deserves hope, guidance, and encouragement, Jennalyn is committed to equipping her clients with practical tools and strategies for positive growth.
