Dr. Rachel Sugerman is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). With a specialty in treating individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma-related disorders, she brings deep knowledge and sensitivity to her practice. Dr. Sugerman is highly trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and holds the title of Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). As a member of the Inspire Wellness group practice, she contributes to a multidisciplinary team of over 25 clinicians, including psychologists, social workers, professional counselors, educators, and coaches, dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological, educational, and performance services for clients of all ages. Dr. Sugerman attained both her PhD and master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University, along with a master's degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
