Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Based in Freehold, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors at risk of nursing home placement through a comprehensive range of in-home services. We recognize the invaluable role of family, friends, and neighbors in caregiving, and our programs are designed to enhance this network. From respite care and home health aide services to environmental accessibility adaptations and home-delivered meal services, JACC ensures that seniors receive the help they need in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, we offer transportation, chore services, and social adult day care to promote independence and well-being.
