Yeddi Park

Dr. Yeddi Park is a Clinical Social Work/Therapist with over 20 years of dedicated clinical practice who offers a warm, engaging, and reflective style. She emphasizes the importance of establishing trust and connection as the foundation of her therapeutic work. Through this connection, clients are guided to explore challenging and sometimes painful life experiences, enabling them to understand the emotions that accompany these situations. Dr. Park believes that all individuals are inherently wired for healing and self-repair, yet require the support of trusting and caring relationships to access the internal drive necessary for healing, growth, love, and flourishing. Working with a diverse clientele across various age groups, she employs post-modern and psychodynamic theories as well as trauma-informed approaches, including AEDP and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Park, who also serves as an assistant professor at Fairfield University, understands that seeking therapy can be intimidating, whether it's a client's first experience or a return to therapy.
