Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults in Fort Lee, NJ, aged 13-21 who face homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or acute personal challenges. Our compassionate team actively identifies and engages vulnerable youth to address their immediate needs for food, clothing, and blankets while providing access to essential shelter and crisis intervention counseling. We ensure that our clients receive transportation to necessary services, referrals to healthcare and social support agencies, and valuable education on topics such as HIV/AIDS, safe sex, and substance abuse. Our outreach counselors are available around the clock, every day of the year, including Spanish-speaking staff ready to assist those in unsafe situations.
