Located in Fort Lee, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing vital Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to clients eligible for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our nutritious meals are carefully planned by Registered Dietitians to support the health and well-being of individuals with various medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals cater to specific dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L serves Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients in line with state-specific eligibility requirements and offers a self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal for individuals seeking the convenience of home delivery. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, ensuring support for those navigating their health journey.
